We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience maintaining and repairing warehouse machinery and industrial equipment, along with strong PLC troubleshooting experience .
This position is responsible for keeping production and warehouse equipment running safely and efficiently. The technician will diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and respond quickly to equipment breakdowns.
PLC experience is required , along with previous experience performing maintenance and repairs on warehouse or industrial machinery.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair industrial and warehouse machinery
- Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and control-system issues
- Troubleshoot and repair PLC-controlled equipment
- Identify the root cause of equipment failures and make necessary repairs
- Respond to machine breakdowns and minimize equipment downtime
- Inspect machinery and equipment for potential problems
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repairs
- Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines
- Work closely with warehouse and operations teams to keep equipment operational
- Maintain a clean and organized maintenance area
- Be available for on-call maintenance needs when machines require emergency repairs
