Jim Hudson Buick, GMC, Cadillac is looking to hire a Finance Manager Assistant to support the Finance Department by assisting with vehicle deal processing, lender documentation, compliance requirements, product presentations, funding follow-up, and customer paperwork. This position plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant completion of finance transactions while helping deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Responsibilities – Finance Manager Assistant:

Administrative & Deal Processing

• Assist Finance Managers in preparing and reviewing vehicle sales and finance paperwork.
• Ensure all deal jackets are complete, accurate, and compliant before submission.
• Verify customer information, signatures, disclosures, and supporting documents.
• Scan, upload, and route deal documents to appropriate departments.
• Maintain accurate records and filing systems for finance transactions.

Compliance & Auditing

• Ensure compliance with dealership policies and federal, state, and local regulations.
• Assist with F&I audits and compliance reviews.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer financial information.
• Follow all Safeguards Rule and data privacy requirements.

Department Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales Managers, Accounting, Billing, and Title Clerks to ensure timely deal completion.
• Assist in coordinating vehicle deliveries and post-sale documentation.
• Support month-end closing activities and reporting requirements.

Requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements -   Finance Manager Assistant:

• Automotive dealership experience preferred; F&I, billing, title, accounting, or lending experience is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of automotive sales and finance processes, contracts, lending, and compliance requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
• Maintain accurate finance documentation and support timely contract funding.
• Ensure compliance with dealership policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver a positive customer experience while demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and teamwork.

• Must pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen
