We are seeking an experienced IP Litigation Associate with at least 3 year of experience to join a IP litigation practice based in Austin.
The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the following areas:
- We are looking for someone who has been working on sophisticated matters at a highly regarded law firm.
- Strong academics
- Legal writing skills.
- Exceptional writing skills
- Experience in legal drafting in both transactional and litigation matters.
- IP litigation experience specifically focused on patent litigation.
