CDL-A Drivers $72-$102K/1st Yr Home Weekly Rider & Pet Welcome (Full Time) Types of Jobs: Dedicated Account Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for the guarantee of a salary, extra pay per shipment and great benefits while getting home weekly. These deliveries are 100% touch (freight is preloaded and trailer is hook and go). Drivers average $1400-$2000/Wk with deliveries in PA, VA, NJ, MD, WV, Eastern OH, and Northern NC. Full benefits after 60 days and the driver will have 3-5 days of training on the account. Drivers will be home weekly (NOT GUARANTEED WEEKENDS) and may take trucks home but must be able to park tractor and trailer. You can also bring a rider and a pet with you after you have completed training.

Trailers will be preloaded, and drivers will hook and go. Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215/Day and then paid $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers will make between 2-4 stops per trailer. Deliveries arranged by driver putting boxes that weigh between 1-35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel will take it from there as drivers do not do inventory or merchandising; they only unload the truck. When the driver takes their 34-hour reset at home many times they will still be on a load. When their week starts, they will finish the deliveries then head back to DC for the next load. Orientation will take place in Dayton, is generally about 2 days. Company pays for transportation, hotel, and meals and you are paid $85/Day for orientation. Training is generally 3-5 days. You will either double bunk with the trainer or get your truck first and follow the trainer. Neither option can be guaranteed so you must be willing to go with either option. Training is paid at the daily rate of $215/Day. After training you may bring rider and a dog with you while you run. Job Requirements Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience. Experience can be local, regional or OTR. CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply. Must not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years. May have two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, except for the following which you may not have in the last three years: none with a major traffic violation, preventable rear end, no rollovers. Cannot have been terminated from most recent job for any reason. Company goes off what employer states on the verification. You may have one of the following moving violations in your personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or using handheld device. This is only for personal vehicle; if have any of these in commercial you are not qualified.
