CDL A Drivers $113K+/Yr Home Weekly Rider and Pet Welcome (Full Time) Types of Jobs: OTR Van Class A drivers (with one-year verifiable Class A experience in the last three years) are looking for a guaranteed salary, extra pay per shipment, and great benefits while getting home weekly. Drivers average pay is $113,000 per year. Urine test only. These deliveries are 100% touch. Freight is preloaded and the trailer is hook‑and‑go. Drivers average pay is $2,190 per week for deliveries running the Northeast. Drivers will pick up loads at a DC just outside of Rome, NY. Trailers will be preloaded; drivers will hook and go. Drivers are paid a daily salary of $215 per day and then $300 for every trailer that is unloaded. Drivers average about 900–1,200 miles per week and complete three loads. They will make between 2–4 stops per trailer. Deliveries involve placing boxes weighing 1–35 lbs on a conveyor belt that goes into the store. Store personnel handle inventory and merchandising; drivers only unload the truck. When the driver takes their 34‑hour reset at home, many times they will still be on a load. When the week starts, they finish deliveries, then head back to the DC for the next load. Training takes 3–5 days and is paid at $215 per day. After training, drivers receive a truck and may have a rider and pet ride along. Drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of Class A experience (local, regional, or OTR). CDL must be in the state of current residence when you apply. May not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years. May have up to two DOT recordable accidents in the last three years, except no major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end accidents, or rollovers. Cannot have been terminated from the most recent job for any reason. May have one of the following moving violations in a personal vehicle in the last three years but none in a commercial vehicle: 15+ points, reckless, following too closely, texting or using a handheld device.
