West Regional Sales Director — Remote CNS Launch Leader

Doist

Praxis Precision Medicines in the United States is seeking a remote-based regional sales leader to build and coach a field team responsible for CNS drug launches. You will drive a unified commercial strategy, partner across Medical, Patient Services and Market Access, and ensure field readiness through pre-launch to post-launch stages.

The role requires 5+ years of leadership in CNS or specialty pharma, proven launch experience, and a track record of exceeding targets.
