Job Title Production Technician (Night Shift) Location Henrietta, NY Summary Nesco Resource is partnering with a leading manufacturer in the renewable energy industry to hire Production Techs as long term temps. This is a great opportunity for hands‑on individuals looking to build their manufacturing skills and grow their careers in an innovative industry. Shift(s) Shift 2: Monday – Thursday (4 X 10), 3:30 PM - 2:00 AM Pay $18.00 - $20.00/Hour (Based On Experience) + 12% Shift Diff. Core Duties & Responsibilities Hand assemble a variety of sub-systems and components. Read and follow Standard Operating Procedures and assembly instructions. Operate hand tools and power tools for assembly and validation work. Operate material handling equipment as required; training/certification provided. Perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving during the manufacturing process. Follow all Environmental Health & Safety regulations and OSHA standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient work environment. Communicate professionally with team members and supervisors. Complete manufacturing documentation as required. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required; vocational training preferred. One year of manufacturing assembly experience preferred. Strong manual dexterity. Comfortable using hand and power tools safely. Ability to work overtime and maintain a flexible schedule. Basic computer skills. Quality-focused and detail-oriented. Strong teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand for extended periods. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted.
