Job Description mechanical contractor based in DFW with over 40 years in the market. Specializing in commercial, industrial, and healthcare projects . Their work is rooted in Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver complex mechanical construction projects from start to finish. This role owns execution - scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety - while driving strong relationships with clients, trade partners, and internal teams. What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of mechanical construction project management experience w/ project sizes to $5million+
- Experience leading Project Manager & Project Engineers
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems
- Design-build/design-assist experience
- Financial acumen and cash-flow management skills
- Proficiency & experience w/construction & accounting software (Timberline/Sage, MS Office, CAD/BIM)
