This role ensures smooth daily operations within client office environments by providing high-quality administrative and workplace support services. The position may support multiple client sites within a defined geographic market and requires flexibility, professionalism, and strong customer service skills. This role is classified as non-exempt.Location: Los Angeles, CA (Coverage in Century City, Pasadena, [Santa Barbara, Irvine] – when needed)Pay: 21.00 to 23.00 per hourSchedule: Monday-Friday (flexibility needed. Hours change depending on client you support) 7-4pm, 8-5pm, 9-6pm, 10-7pmROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Mail Services include entering, sorting, and distributing mail and accountable packages per scheduleCopy Services includes accurately producing copy, print, and scan projects per written instructionsReception includes answering incoming telephone calls and routing to the appropriate person, will greet and announce visitors in a friendly and professional mannerHospitality Services includes coordination and upkeep of client conference rooms, common areas and kitchens. Inspects and ensures that all rooms are clean, stocked with supplies and ready for continual use. Organizes and distributes client kitchen supplies. Maintains inventory control and order supplies as neededFloor Coordination includes the upkeep of copy rooms and stocking of general supplies, delivery of paper, and basic daily maintenanceFacilities Services may include hanging pictures, small office moves, cleaning services and communication with key client contacts regarding building/equipment concernsFlexibility of a weekly work schedule to cover for absences and vacations. Will include potential schedule changes and work locations 7am - 7pmCoverage Areas include Century City, Pasadena, Santa BarbraKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES:Strong customer service mindset with a professional and client-focused demeanor.Ability to multitask and manage multiple workplace service functions simultaneously.Strong attention to detail and commitment to service accuracy and quality.Basic knowledge of office operations, mail handling, and workplace support services.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment with shifting priorities.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.Team-oriented with a collaborative and supportive approach.Professional demeanor with strong reliability and accountability.Basic familiarity with office equipment such as printers, copiers, and mail systems.QUALIFICATIONS:Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.Experience: 1+ year of experience in customer service, hospitality, workplace services, facilities support, or administrative support roles preferred.Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with office equipment (printers, copiers, scanners) and familiarity with workplace service systems or ticketing tools is preferred.Physical Requirements:Ability to lift or move up to 40 lbs;Ability to push/pull carts up to 75 lbs;Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, or sit for extended periods.The Compensation range for this role is 21.00 to 23.00 USD per hour.
