• Location: Muskogee, OK
• Pay: $27.17 - $40.76 per hour (Based on Experience) + Benefits
• Schedule: Full-Time | 36 Hours/Week | Three 12-Hour Night Shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Respiratory Therapist (RRT/CRT) to join our hospital team in Muskogee, Oklahoma. Whether you're an experienced therapist or a new graduate , this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you'll provide high-quality respiratory care to patients across critical and non-critical care settings while working alongside physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.

-> Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized respiratory care plans.
• Administer respiratory therapies, including nebulizer treatments, inhalers, oxygen therapy, humidity, and aerosol therapy.
• Perform respiratory procedures including:
• • Mechanical ventilation management
  • BiPAP/CPAP support
  • Incentive spirometry
  • Pulse oximetry
  • Chest physiotherapy
  • Suctioning
  • Intubation and extubation assistance
  • Bronchoscopy assistance
• Monitor and adjust ventilator settings based on patient response.
• Respond to Code Blue, Rapid Response, and emergency situations.
• Document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding respiratory treatments.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and departmental education.
• Mentor newly hired respiratory therapists as needed.

-> Qualifications

Required

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care Program.
• Oklahoma Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License, Provisional License, or Temporary Practice Letter.
• Active CRT or RRT credential through the NBRC.
• BLS Certification (or obtain within 2 months of hire).

Preferred

• 0–6 months of Respiratory Therapy experience.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply!
