Forklift Operator

Full-Time | Permanent Position | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

We're launching a new distribution facility and are looking for experienced Forklift Operators who bring a start-up mentality , strong safety awareness, and a commitment to operational excellence. Join our team from the ground up and help build a safe, efficient, and successful operation.

Responsibilities

Conduct daily safety inspections of forklifts and material handling equipment
Safely load, unload, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
Verify pallet labels and shipping documentation before movement
Operate the appropriate equipment for each task and product type
Report equipment issues, damage, or safety concerns immediately
Handle scrap, spoilage, and waste materials as required
Maintain equipment and return it to charging stations at the end of each shift
Follow all warehouse safety procedures and productivity standards
Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

Qualifications

1-2 years of warehouse, shipping, manufacturing, or distribution experience
6 months to 1 year of forklift operating experience
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
Self-motivated, dependable, and safety-focused
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
