Job Full Description We are actively seeking a reliable, safety-focused Forklift Operator with hands-on experience operating Stand-Up Crown forklifts , specifically in a cold storage facility using rolling racks . This role requires a high level of precision, awareness, and accountability -ideal for someone who takes safety seriously and knows how to keep product moving efficiently in a temperature-controlled environment.
This is NOT an entry-level position. Candidates must have prior experience - we do not offer on-the-job training.

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate Crown stand-up reach forklifts to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload pallets onto rolling racks with care and accuracy
- Transport and stage products in cold storage areas (temperatures may range from 0°F to 40°F)
- Adhere strictly to company safety policies , including use of PPE and safe driving practices
- Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and report any issues
- Maintain accurate inventory movement and proper documentation
- Support general warehouse duties as needed
- 2+ years of recent experience operating Crown forklifts (reach, stand-up)
- Familiarity with rolling rack systems
- Previous work history in cold storage or freezer environments
- Strong knowledge of warehouse safety practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Proven track record of reliability, good attendance, and professional attitude
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Take safety seriously and follow protocols to the letter
- Are looking for long-term stability with room for growth
- Don't need training - you can hop on a Crown forklift and perform on day one
