Description

We are seeking a dependable and motivated HVAC Helper to assist our technicians with heating and air conditioning installations, maintenance, and repairs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience and develop skills in the HVAC trade.

Responsibilities

Assist HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials.
Help maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow instructions and safety procedures.
Assist with daily job-site activities as needed.

Requirements

Qualifications

Valid driver's license required.
Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to perform physical labor and lift equipment as needed.
Previous HVAC or construction experience preferred, but not required.

Compensation

Pay ranges from $18.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
