Mechanical Engineer III

Snapshot / Role Overview:
We're seeking a Mechanical Engineer III in Sacramento, CA to support and grow commercial mechanical operations across the region.
- Engineer HVAC and piping systems that perform reliably and efficiently.
- Support project teams from concept through closeout.
- Develop standards that scale across the office.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers. Responsibilities:
- Lead HVAC and piping design on commercial projects.
- Perform energy modeling, load calcs, and equipment selections.
- Develop drawings, specs, and submittal packages.
- Coordinate with architects, GCs, and trade partners.
- Review and stamp design documents as required.
- Support commissioning, startup, and warranty.
- Mentor engineers and designers.
- Drive continuous improvement of engineering standards. Compensation and Logistics:
