Position Overview The Legal Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the firm’s attorney recruitment strategy, with a strong focus on law school and associate recruiting. This individual will serve as a primary point‑of‑contact for first‑year associates and ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience. Job Responsibilities Support the legal recruitment team with new‑hire onboarding, interviews and campus recruitment Lead and coordinate law school recruitment and campus recruiting initiatives Develop and maintain strong relationships with law schools and career services offices Serve as the primary point‑of‑contact for all first‑year associate attorneys Coordinate interview schedules, candidate communications, and offer processes Support summer associate programs and related recruitment events Track recruiting metrics and maintain organized recruitment records Manage multiple recruiting projects while ensuring timely execution Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience in the legal space Prior experience within a law firm or professional services environment strongly preferred Experience with campus recruiting and law school recruitment required Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage several projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self‑starter with a proactive, “go‑getter” attitude High level of professionalism and discretion #J-18808-Ljbffr
