Job Title: Creative Operation Project Coordinator
Location: Bolingbrook, IL (Hybrid – 3 to 6 days/month onsite)
Job Type: Contract (6+ Months | Possibility for Extension)
- Day Shift
- 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Hybrid model with periodic onsite presence required
A leading organization is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Creative Operation Project Coordinator to support the execution of creative and marketing initiatives.
This role focuses on workflow coordination, project tracking, and cross-functional collaboration , ensuring projects are delivered on time and with high quality. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate project workflows including timelines, approvals, and deliverable tracking
- Manage intake requests, scheduling, and status reporting across projects
- Organize meetings, stakeholder communications, and project check-ins
- Maintain accurate project documentation, workflows, and reporting records
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams
- Identify risks, bottlenecks, and delays, and proactively escalate issues
- Support process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Utilize project management tools for tracking and reporting progress
- 2–4+ years of experience in creative operations, project coordination, marketing operations, or similar roles
- Experience supporting creative, marketing, agency, or cross-functional teams preferred
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
- Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Jira, Asana , or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with workflow coordination, project tracking, and documentation management
