Position Summary We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to support the day-to-day execution of our retail display programs for one of our major clients. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, a strong communicator, and able to manage multiple tasks. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with the Lead Project Manager and the clients to support all phases of retail display projects, from initial kick-off through final delivery and installation. Help plan and coordinate production timelines, installation schedules, and deliverables to meet critical deadlines. Maintain daily communication with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to track progress, resolve issues, and ensure alignment. Schedule, attend, and document key meetings, including virtual Teams calls and client-facing sessions. Take clear and actionable meeting notes and distribute recaps to stakeholders. Assist with purchase order tracking, shipment follow-ups, and coordination of logistics, including LTL, FedEx, UPS, and White Glove deliveries. Monitor project milestones, maintain tracking spreadsheets, and compile regular status reports to keep all parties informed. Support quality control efforts by reviewing renderings, proofs, and final production specs before client approvals. Perform various administrative and coordination duties as needed, ensuring a high level of organization and follow-through. Work in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and Adobe Acrobat to manage project documentation and deliverables. This position may be hybrid / remote - Please note that Travel may be required to Store Locations throughout the US. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in project coordination, production, or logistics—experience in retail displays, print production, or related industries is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and time management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines. Familiarity with shipment tracking and logistics coordination. A collaborative team player with a willingness to learn and grow.
