Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–3:30 PM
Pay: $19.00–$24.50 per hour
Classification: Hourly, Non-Exempt

Do you have a passion for art, music, movement, or drama? Variety Child Learning Center (VCLC) is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and dependable individual to join our team!
VCLC is a not-for-profit educational organization dedicated to supporting children with special needs. Our Creative Arts Professional will inspire young learners through engaging, hands-on experiences that encourage creativity, communication, and developmental growth.
What You'll Do
- Plan and lead creative arts lessons that support classroom curricula and student learning goals.
- Engage students through art, music, movement, drama, and sensory activities.
- Collaborate with teachers and classroom staff to create meaningful learning experiences.
- Provide classroom coverage and assist with daily school operations as needed.
- Maintain a flexible, positive, and team-oriented approach.
What We're Looking For
- Background in creative arts, music, movement, drama, or related fields.
- Experience working with children; special education experience is a plus!
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Excellent attendance, punctuality, and reliability are required.
Therapeutic credentials are welcomed but not required.
