Manager/Art director

Position Title Web Designer / Art Director Essential Functions Manage and execute digital creative direction and web design responsibilities to support departmental and organizational objectives, including website content updates, promotional asset creation, digital campaign materials, and e-commerce content development. Plan, design, and art direct web pages, landing pages, banners, promotional materials, and digital campaigns for DTC, email, SMS, paid ads, and social platforms. Develop and maintain high-quality e-commerce creative assets for Amazon, Walmart, and other retail platforms, including hybrid images, A+ content, infographics, banners, premium content, and digital merchandising assets. Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing, Product Unit, Social, E-Commerce, Multimedia, Developers, and external partners, to ensure smooth workflow, accurate execution, and timely delivery of assets. Monitor and maintain brand consistency across DTC, Amazon, Walmart, and other digital channels. Analyze creative performance, apply insights, and support AI-driven creative enhancement, workflow improvement, and digital content optimization to improve design quality, efficiency, and effectiveness. Participate in meetings, briefings, photoshoots, creative reviews, and trainings as needed. Provide internal client and team support while ensuring accuracy of project documentation, asset organization, and workflow tracking. Annual actual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
