Date Posted: 2026-06-16 | Country: United States of America | Location: Remote (US-AZ) | Position Type: Remote What You Will Do Manage supplier relationship, development, and performance. drive the success of meeting business factory MRP and financial requirements. drive the success for metrics such as Late to Place, Late to Dock, and Delinquent Material. develop plans to promote cost reduction initiatives and performance improvements for RMD programs and projects. perform subcontract management of high‑dollar purchase orders using integrated supply‑chain models in compliance with all regulatory and corporate requirements. prepare solicitations including RFQs, RFPs, RFI, and IDIQ. analyze quotations/proposals utilizing price/cost analysis techniques. develop negotiation strategies and lead formal negotiations (price, delivery, terms). place purchase orders of high dollar levels and procurement complexity. perform risk analysis and develop mitigation plans and solutions to problems. travel to Raytheon Technologies and supplier facilities as deemed necessary to conduct business. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 5years of prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree and 3years of experience. Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR/DFARS) or other heavily regulated industries such as pharmaceutical, medical, space, aviation, power generation, or automotive. U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee) or eligibility to obtain necessary export authorizations. Reference: Qualifications We Prefer Analyzing cost and pricing data to determine proposal compliance. Experience with technical requirements of procured hardware and services, including Statement of Work (SOW) review. Experience placing high‑value purchase orders and procurement complexity. Experience contributing to successful completion of projects that enhanced performance within an area of responsibility. SAP‑based environment experience. Ability to successfully execute competitive procurements, including development of evaluation criteria. What We Offer Salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD. Medical, dental, and vision insurance.
