Associate Dentist | Position Overview We are seeking an ambitious, highly accountable, and skilled Associate Dentist to join a thriving practice. You will be expected to deliver comprehensive dental services, including advanced procedures. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive oral examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning. Deliver a full scope of high-quality dental services, including restorative, cosmetic, and surgical procedures. Provide advanced procedures such as implant placement and restoration, utilizing cutting-edge technology like Cerec. Develop and manage patient treatment plans with a focus on excellent clinical outcomes and patient education. Maintain a high level of productivity and efficiency while ensuring the highest standard of patient care and safety. Collaborate effectively with the dental team, including hygienists and assistants, to ensure a seamless patient experience. Uphold the practice's reputation for clinical excellence and patient-centered care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Qualifications Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school. Active, unrestricted dental license in the state of Georgia. Current CPR/BLS certification and active DEA registration. Develops strong relationships with patients and their families and has excellent chairside manner. Advanced training and proficiency in cosmetic dentistry, implant placement/restoration, Invisalign, and Cerec technology are highly preferred. Demonstrated a high level of accountability, responsibility, and a strong commitment to the profession. Collaborates with dentists, dental hygienists, and specialists. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Schedule & Compensation Monday – Thursday. Open to working Fridays for those who desire additional hours.
