You’re guaranteed toloveus too! 100% PAID EMPLOYEE MEDICAL & DENTAL – NO PREVIOUS AUTO HAULING EXP REQUIRED Compensation: Competitive earnings ranging from $80,000 - $90,000 annually Additional Pay: Safety and Damage Free Bonuses paid quarterly and annually Scheduled pay increases based on length of service Paid weekly via direct deposit Benefits & Perks: 100% company-paid employee medical & dental Medical, dental, vision, and prescription coverage Company-paid life and AD&D insurance Optional supplemental life insurance 401(k) with 25% company match (no cap) Paid vacation (accrual starts day one) 7 paid holidays + sick time Credit union membership Home Time, Route & Schedule: Home Time: Portland offer OTR & Regional Routes for drivers which would keep them out all week and home every weekend with the exception to Volunteers Local routes available as well Schedule: may vary based on customer needs One on One Dispatch Service Coverage Area: Pacific Northwest and up to 900 miles around Portland, OR including shipments to Montana, Idaho, Washington & All Oregon Level of Touch: Load, unload, and secure loads Equipment: Late model Trucks with state-of-the art equipment, including 100% soft tie down Transmission: Majority of the fleet is automatic with some options for manual Inward and outward event triggered cameras Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age Must have ClassA CDL from state of residence Must have a minimum of 2years verifiable tractor-trailer truck driving experience Drivers with previous auto-hauling experience are highly desired! Must be able to work a 7 day work week if necessary Must have a good driving record No driving-related suspensions or revocations in the past 5 years No more than 4 motor vehicle violations in a 36-month period Must be able to pass DOT pre-employment drug screen, DOT physical, and road test.
