When we come together – where every voice is heard and everyone knows they belong and matter – we create solutions that launch people into space, support lifesaving care in hospitals, and enable the construction of groundbreaking, world scale production facilities.Reimagine What’s PossibleDue to our St. Louis expansion, we still a have a few positions available for Manufacturing Technicians for Assembly and Spinning at our St. Louis, MO location.In this role, the Manufacturing Technician will have the following responsibilities:Follow all safety policy and PPE requirementsOperate continuous process equipment for manufacturing hollow fiber membranesRaw material handling and preparation of batch mixturesMeasure and monitor all process conditions to ensure product qualityOperate and maintain equipment to ensure safety, quality, and productivity requirementsMaintain records such as product inspection & process monitoring logsRequirements:High school diploma or equivalentStrong, consistent work history demonstrating reliability and commitmentPrior experience in manufacturing, production, mechanical repairs, or other hands-on roles preferredExperience working with SOPs, safety protocols, or quality checks is a plusProven ability to work collaboratively in team environments and maintain dependable attendanceGeneral knowledge of Windows PC environmentBasic mechanical skillsDemonstrated initiative to complete job assignmentsDemonstrated commitment to quality - detailed inspectionsAbility to follow operating instructions and safety proceduresWork Hours and Pay:Starting Pay: $26.55 per hour12-hour fixed shift (2-3-2 schedule rotation – 36/48-hour workweeks)Positions are assigned to either day shift or night shift at hire and do not rotate between shifts.Day shift: 6:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.Night shift: 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m.You must be available to work a day shift for 1–3 months during training, then you will move to your permanent shift.Must be available to work nights.What's In It for You:At Air Products we foster a culture of inclusion where every voice is heard, and everyone feels they belong and matter.
