Qualifications and Experience

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Previous experience working in a school environment, preferably with elementary-aged students

• Capable of both independent work and effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams

Your Role

• Evaluate, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, support staff, and families
• Monitor student progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions to maximize success
• Consult with educators and parents to support and integrate speech-language strategies across the academic setting
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide recommendations, and maintain thorough documentation to meet compliance requirements
