Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
• Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff
• Skilled in conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
• Organized, compassionate, and committed to student progress

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary students in an onsite school setting
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
• Work closely with educators and parents to support students’ progress and generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with district and regulatory guidelines
