Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist License required
• Previous experience in school settings or pediatric speech therapy preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to maintaining comprehensive, accurate documentation

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic assessments and direct therapy for elementary-aged students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Consult with teachers and staff to support students’ learning objectives
• Maintain thorough records to comply with educational and state regulations
• Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress to families
