Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:
- Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist License required
- Previous experience in school settings or pediatric speech therapy preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to maintaining comprehensive, accurate documentation
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic assessments and direct therapy for elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment and intervention plans
- Consult with teachers and staff to support students’ learning objectives
- Maintain thorough records to comply with educational and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate student progress to families
- Stay informed with best practices through ongoing professional development
