Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas Speech Language Pathologist license required
• Experience working in school settings, particularly with elementary-age children, is preferred
• Excellent communication and collaborative skills for working with educators, families, and fellow therapists
• Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans that support students’ diverse needs
• Strong time management and organizational abilities

Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, evaluations, and therapy sessions for students with speech and language challenges
• Develop and implement targeted treatment plans aligned with individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress reports, and attendance records
• Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote successful student outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings to offer expertise and advocate for appropriate speech and language interventions
• Provide resources and support to the school community regarding communication disorders
