Job Overview This role supports Cencora's distribution services in the US operating through our AmerisourceBergen business. $2,000 Sign-On Bonus! Shift Details: Mon-Thur 3:30pm – Finish; Sun 2pm – Finish Pay Details $25.55/hr (includes shift differential) Responsibilities Spend much of the time training warehouse associates in duties, responsibilities, and safe use of equipment according to SOPs; observe performance to correct behaviors as necessary. May require use of a radio frequency (RF) device to perform daily tasks. Assist warehouse personnel with the efficient execution of order filling, receiving, stocking, and returns. May oversee shipping and general operations (UPS, emergency orders or general deliveries). Continue to perform as an individual contributor completing advanced tasks and decision‑making with detailed knowledge of the position and procedures. Provide day‑to‑day tactical direction and guidance to warehouse associates; responsible for daily workloads and recommend workflow efficiencies. Manage inventory, including monitoring levels. May use forklifts, reach trucks and/or other motorized equipment to move inventory. Assist in supervision of the department, including assignment of work, manpower needs to cover for associate vacations, and building volume. Participate in associate concerns such as reporting and follow‑up to supervisor. Utilize computer system applications for proper operation and reporting. Comply with all appropriate policies, procedures, safety rules, and state and DEA regulations. Perform related duties as assigned. Education Completion of a high school diploma, general education degree (GED), or equivalent combination of experience and education; two (2) plus years of work experience. Skills and Knowledge Ability to read and understand English language product descriptions, names, and shelf labels. Basic mathematical skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop and maintain cooperative working relationships. Strong organizational skills; detail oriented. Good overall understanding of DC workflow and ability to work with minimal guidance. Maintains a clean work area to help ensure merchandise remains clean and to prevent work‑related injuries. Ability to use good judgment to carry out detailed instructions. Basic computer knowledge preferred. Ability to work overtime when necessary and participate in physical inventory. Team player with effective communication and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency to operate reach truck, picker machines, pallet jack, forklift, etc. Maintains appropriate attendance and production standards.
