Our Chapman Volkswagen of Scottsdale location is seeking an experienced Volkswagen Automotive Service Technician to perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. You’ll handle everything from routine service to complex electrical and mechanical repairs in a modern, high‑volume service facility with strong support and workflow. Responsibilities Diagnose, maintain, and repair Volkswagen vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C Perform thorough inspections and document findings and recommendations Communicate repair needs and time estimates to Service Advisors Complete repair orders according to dealership and manufacturer standards Perform warranty repairs per Volkswagen requirements Maintain accurate documentation of all work performed Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in all repairs Qualifications At least 3 years Volkswagen diagnostic, maintenance, and repair experience required Must have your own tools ASE/Volkswagen certifications preferred Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills High attention to detail and quality workmanship Strong communication and organizational abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment Basic computer proficiency required Valid Arizona driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Compensation & Perks Pay: $23-$40 per flag hour (DOE and certifications) Opportunities for career growth and advancement Supportive, team‑oriented workplace Employee discounts and assistance programs Volunteer opportunities and employee engagement programs Closed on Sundays Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company contributions Life insurance Paid time off and holidays Access to onsite nurse practitioners and wellness support How To Apply Submit your application for consideration.
