AI Marketing Lead Specialist

HumCap's client is an established, AI-forward travel management and technology company based in Dallas, with more than 20 years in business. It is expanding into expense management and payments. The AI Marketing Lead Specialist will use AI tools to identify and research target organizations, understand the priorities of their CFOs and controllers, and run targeted marketing that builds meaningful relationships with senior finance leaders.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, research, and prioritize target organizations based on travel and expense spend, and assess the business priorities of key finance decision-makers.
- Design, implement, and optimize AI-driven workflows and automation to support market research, lead generation, content development, and outreach.
- Develop and execute personalized, strategic campaigns directed at chief financial officers, controllers, and other senior finance leaders.
- Review, edit, and refine AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with brand standards.
- Work with sales and account management teams to analyze client accounts, monitor industry developments, and identify opportunities for growth.
- Support go-to-market strategies for new product launches and relaunches across travel, expense, and payment solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend best practices to strengthen the organization's marketing capabilities.

Qualifications

- Two to five or more years of professional experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, marketing operations, or sales enablement.
- Proven experience using AI tools to automate, improve, or scale business processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sound judgment in messaging and audience engagement.
- Experience engaging senior-level and executive decision-makers, or a demonstrated interest in developing this skill.
- Client-focused approach with strong active listening, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly self-motivated and intellectually curious, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in fintech, payments, expense management, or corporate card solutions.
- Background in corporate travel or travel technology.
- Experience in sales engineering, product management, or sales automation.
