Compensation

$55-$58 Per Unit (Full-Time) $60-$65 Per Unit (PRN) 24 Units Guaranteed for Full-Time Status Strong productivity-based earning potential Referral Bonuses Up To $2,500 Bi-Weekly Pay

Flexible Self-Managed Scheduling No Rigid Clock-In / Clock-Out Requirements Create Your Own Daily Schedule Zoned Territories To Reduce Excessive Driving Full-Time Clinicians Average 30-35 Units Weekly

Role

Perform physical therapy evaluations and assessments Manage start of care visits and treatment planning Complete reassessments and discharge visits Deliver one-on-one therapy in patient homes Coordinate care and maintain clinical documentation Develop meaningful relationships with patients and families
