Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Life Safety Specialist, based in Greater Indianapolis. The Life Safety Specialist will be responsible for implementing and managing health and safety programs, conducting safety training, and investigating workplace accidents. The role also includes overseeing health, safety, and compliance requirements specific to healthcare environments and collaborating with teams to ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards. Qualifications Strong foundation in Health & Safety and Occupational Health. Experience with Environment Health and Safety (EHS) programs and compliance protocols. Proficiency in Safety Training and facilitating educational sessions related to workplace safety. Ability to conduct thorough Accident Investigations and implement corrective measures. Strong problem solving, organizational, and decision making skills. Knowledge of healthcare-specific safety and compliance regulations is a plus. Bachelor’s degree in Safety, Occupational Health, or related field preferred, or equivalent experience in related roles. Certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHSP (Certified Healthcare Safety Professional) are advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr Medxcel
