As a Dispatch Officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, you will coordinate communications, document activity, monitor assigned areas, and support response to security-related incidents. You will maintain a visible presence, help deter incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service while operating a vehicle as needed. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $21.63 / Hour Security Experience - +1 Years Valid Driver's License TSA Issued TWIC Job Schedule: Tue: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM Fri: 06:00 PM - 06:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor incoming calls, alarms, radios, and electronic communication systems; dispatch appropriate personnel and resources in accordance with site procedures. Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident records, visitor or contractor communications, and other required documentation. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying site contacts and emergency responders as directed by established protocols. Monitor access points, cameras, and facility activity to help support security-related operations and report unusual conditions to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located. At least one year of security-related experience is required. A Transportation Worker Identification Credential issued by the Transportation Security Administration is required. Loss prevention experience is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
