Recruiting AssociateLast Energy seeks a highly motivated Recruiting Associate to contribute to Last Energy's rapid growth goals. This role will be responsible for sourcing new candidates and coordinating interviews. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and possess excellent communication skills.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesActively source and reach out to potential candidates through various channels including Linkedin, job boards, social media, and employee referralsSchedule and coordinate interviews and other recruitment-related activities with candidates and interviewersCommunicate with candidates throughout the recruiting process to ensure a positive experienceCommunicate hiring updates to Hiring ManagersCollaborate with the Talent Acquisition team on recruitment strategyMaintain accurate and up-to-date recruiting data in our applicant tracking system (Lever)Assist with other recruiting-related tasks as neededOther duties as assignedQualificationsBachelor's degree2+ years of experience in a recruiting-related roleUnderstanding of engineering-related industries is a plusExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency with applicant tracking systems
