Tuopu USA, LLC is seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiting Specialist to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-cycle recruitment, high-volume hiring, warehouse staffing, candidate sourcing, compliance, and documentation. This role will focus on high-volume recruiting for warehouse positions, ensuring we attract and hire top talent to support our growing operations. Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process from job posting to onboarding for warehouse roles, including pickers, packers, forklift operators, and general laborers. High-Volume Hiring: Efficiently source, screen, and interview a high number of candidates to meet workforce demands. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and community outreach to attract qualified applicants. Interviewing & Selection: Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews, ensuring candidates meet job requirements and company culture fit. Bilingual Communication: Engage with Spanish-speaking candidates, ensuring clear communication throughout the hiring process. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain accurate hiring records, verify work authorization, and ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HR to forecast staffing needs and improve recruitment strategies. Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire paperwork, orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition for employees into the company. Qualifications: Proven experience in high-volume recruiting, preferably in a warehouse or logistics environment Strong understanding of recruiting best practices, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while managing multiple hiring priorities Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance regulations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and recruitment platforms Salary and Benefits: Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000/Year (Please keep in mind that salary will be based on experience in the automotive industry, educational background, and other skills determined by HR) Insurance coverage. 401k Paid time off and holidays.
