Senior Executive F&B Director

Job Title: Senior Executive Food & Beverage Director Location: Greater Phoenix, AZ Our client is an award-winning luxury resort property located in the Greater Phoenix area, currently in the early stages of a three-to-five-year, property-wide master plan that will touch nearly every part of the guest experience. This role is being created to provide executive oversight across the entire F&B division — including the culinary team and the current F&B director — so that property leadership can step back from day-to-day F&B operations and focus on higher-level strategy as the property moves through its multi-year master plan. This is a rare opportunity for an experienced F&B executive to take strategic ownership of a large, growing F&B program - approximately $19 million in current revenue, with a goal of doubling that over the next 18 to 24 months as new outlets open. The right candidate will bring vision, structure, and executive-level leadership to a program in the middle of significant growth. Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with a 3% automatic company match, plus a 25% match up to 6% of contributions 401(k) participation begins after 90 days of employment Incentive of up to 30% above salary Salary range of $140-180K Day in the Life: Provide executive-level strategic leadership across the entire food & beverage division Directly oversee the culinary leadership team and the current F&B director, aligning culinary and service vision Set the long-term strategic direction for the F&B program in partnership with senior property leadership Lead planning and execution for new F&B outlets opening as part of the property's master plan Own P&L performance and revenue growth strategy for the F&B division as it works toward doubling revenue Represent F&B leadership in senior property planning and ownership-level discussions Champion and help scale the property's service culture and training initiative across the entire F&B organization Build organizational structure and leadership bench strength beneath the director level as the division grows Requirements: 8+ years of senior F&B leadership experience, ideally at the director or executive director level in a large, multi-outlet hospitality or resort environment Proven experience overseeing both culinary and service/beverage leadership within a single organization Track record of leading significant F&B revenue growth and/or new outlet openings Strong strategic and financial acumen — comfortable operating at the P&L and ownership-reporting level Experience with respected, high-standard hospitality brands; resort/hotel F&B experience strongly preferred Discretion and professionalism required given the confidential nature of this search Willingness to participate in a DISC personality assessment, in-depth reference checks, and other evaluation steps as part of a confidential interview process Demonstrated long-term tenure in past roles, given the multi-year scope of this position #J-18808-Ljbffr Reach Recruiting
