Precision Care Medical & Sports Performance Interventional Pain Management Physician – Outpatient | No Nights/Weekends Manhattan, Brooklyn & Staten Island, NY (On-site, Outpatient) Full-time Company Description Precision Care Medical & Sports Performance is a full‑service physical medicine and pain management practice with offices in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Staten Island. Our team of board‑certified physicians and therapists provides personalized, nonsurgical treatment for a wide range of musculoskeletal and spine conditions. We emphasize corrective exercise, evidence‑based interventional procedures, and the latest rehabilitative technology to help patients move better and live with less pain. Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Interventional Pain Management physician to join our growing outpatient private practice. The physician will perform diagnostic evaluations and non‑surgical interventional procedures, manage patient care, and work closely with our in‑house physical therapy and rehabilitation teams. This is an on‑site, Monday–Friday role with no nights, no call, and no weekends. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive evaluation & management of musculoskeletal and spine conditions Order and interpret diagnostic imaging (X‑ray, MRI, CT) Perform EMG/NCV studies Prescribe and coordinate PT/OT and other conservative therapies Perform interventional procedures, including: Peripheral joint injections (corticosteroids, viscosupplementation, PRP) Neuraxial injections (ESI, MBB, RFA) Spinal Cord Stimulation trials Utilize fully equipped in‑office procedural suite (C‑arm, RFA generator, ultrasound) Provide medication management focused on non‑opioid regimens Document accurately and efficiently in EMR Collaborate with physical therapists and rehabilitation specialists to optimize patient outcomes Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school Completed ACGME‑accredited Pain Medicine Fellowship Board Eligible/Board Certified in Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) Active, unrestricted New York State Medical License (or ability to obtain) Strong skills in spine and musculoskeletal medicine Experience with interventional pain procedures Experience with EMR systems (preferred) Excellent diagnostic, clinical decision‑making, and treatment‑planning abilities Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfort working as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package Paid malpractice insurance Paid vacation, holidays, and sick days Paid CME Paid state license, DEA, and hospital dues Supportive outpatient environment with no nights, no call, and no weekends #J-18808-Ljbffr
