Maintenance Technician

Job Duties:
- Experience using hand and power tools, electrical equipment, and ladders safely
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Strong basic math and measurement skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Well-organized with strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license required
- Previous handyman or maintenance experience preferred
- Must have valid Drivers License
- High school diploma
