Position Summary

As a Grill Cook, you will prepare and cook menu items on the grill while maintaining high standards for food quality, safety, and speed of service. This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and grill meats, poultry, seafood, and vegetables according to recipes and order specifications
• Set up, stock, and maintain the grill station before and during service
• Operate grill stations, broilers, and related equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure proper cooking temperatures, quality, and presentation standards
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines (including FIFO, proper storage, and cleanliness)
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and sanitary at all times
• Work closely with the kitchen team and communicate inventory needs and shortages to kitchen leadership
• Assist with basic prep as needed (cutting, marinating, portioning)
• Manage multiple orders during peak periods while maintaining consistency and quality

Qualifications

• Previous grill cook experience preferred (1-2 years)
• Working knowledge of safe cooking temperatures and food handling standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Strong attention to detail and consistency
• Clean, friendly, and professional appearance
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a Team-First mindset

• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs.
• Flexible availability (nights, weekends, and holidays may be required)
• Must be 18+ years old
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must pass a pre-employment drug screen
