Role Summary
The Senior Manager, Amazon Sales supports the commercial strategy and day-to-day business performance for AS Beauty's Amazon business. This role helps manage revenue and margin performance while executing on the strategic inputs — assortment, promotions, and placement — that determine how the brand wins on Amazon. The Senior Manager partners closely with cross-functional teams across marketing, merchandising, advertising, and operations to execute joint growth initiatives, helping ensure the brand stays positioned to win within the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Revenue & Margin Support: Support revenue targets and margin performance for the Amazon business, helping execute strategies that drive sustainable, profitable growth.
- Promotion & Placement Execution: Execute the promotional calendar and placement priorities for Amazon, ensuring key products get the visibility and support needed to drive sales.
- Joint Business Planning Support: Support annual and ongoing joint business planning with Amazon and internal cross-functional teams, helping align on growth strategies and commercial initiatives.
- Forecasting & Operational Coordination: Partner with operations and supply chain teams on demand forecasting and inventory readiness to support sales plans, launches, and promotional events.
Qualifications
- 5–8 years of experience in Amazon or DTC sales, ideally with some people or project leadership experience
- Strong working knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
- Solid financial and analytical skills, with experience supporting revenue and margin targets
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Beauty or CPG brand with Amazon relationships
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced consumer brand environment
