The Litigation Support Analyst role is an excellent opportunity for advancement for someone with prior litigation support experience. Please apply if you are interested to hear more!Responsibilities:The Litigation Support Analyst (Document Management Analyst II) role works closely with the Department of Justice Fraud Section Special Matters Unit attorneys in a fast-paced setting and assist in the investigation and prosecution of various matters to enforce the laws of the United States, up to and including support assistance for witness interviews, deposition preparation, and in-courtroom trial support. Additional responsibilities include:Perform legal and administrative duties as requested by attorneys for Fraud Section investigations and trials.Assist with case organization and maintenance; plays integral role in preparing team for witness interviews, discovery, and trials.Provide in-courtroom assistance, exhibit collection and review, and legal research as needed based on trial demands.Utilize eDiscovery platforms to perform document review, communicating detailed summaries and analyses of findings.Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with DOJ components, Federal agencies, counsel, and others as needed.Organize and prioritize numerous tasks effectively and completes tasks under strict time constraints.Work on multiple cases simultaneously and multi-task with minimal supervision.Log and organize incoming and outgoing discovery productions.Proofread material as needed for contextual, grammatical, and formatting errors.Review documents for relevance according to established guidelines and criteria.Qualifications:Required:Undergraduate degree or three years of experience on major litigation support projectsHighly organized and demonstrated ability to work independently in a team environmentMust have excellent writing skills and oral communication capabilities.Requires hands-on familiarity with the Government's office and network environment.A knowledgeable user of the Government's office and network environment, including but not limited to, word processing, spreadsheet, imaging, and hardware systems.Deliver consistent high-quality work product in a deadline driven environment under extreme pressure.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of applications and Adobe Acrobat.Familiarity with ESI tools and knowledge of eDiscovery procedures and resourcesFamiliarity with the Criminal Justice system.Persistent, diligent attitude towards work assignments.DOJ MBI must be obtainable (US Citizenship required).Desired:Automated litigation support experienceAbility to perform quality control analysis and report any issues with dataAbility to work in a deadline-driven, fast-paced environmentExcellent attention to detail and ability to perform tasks accurately and quicklyCustomer-focused, congenial, professional attitude for working on-site with government clientseDiscovery experience and demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks similar to the duties and responsibilities describedDocument review and Relativity experienceBi-lingual a plus-What You Can Expect:A culture of integrity.At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do. The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.Minimum Required Hourly Wage:$28.45There are a host of other factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographical location, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
