JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS

Assist in the servicing products and equipment on assigned projects and ensuring customer satisfaction. Use a variety of hand-tools, following blueprints or engineering specifications, to diagnose and repair units. Identify, analyze, diagnose, and repair systems and products at customer’s location. Perform preventative maintenance, site surveys, replacement, and modifications as needed or requested by customers. Prepare for on-site installation and repairs by examining building layout, anticipating difficulties, gathering materials and coordinating on-site work, as necessary. Inspect vehicles by checking vehicle condition and cleanliness. Maintain vehicles by keeping records of service, scheduling, and complete repairs and maintenance service. Maintain equipment by inspecting for signs of wear. Notify customer and/or Operations Manager of findings. Document work by completing paperwork on each job and maintaining files. Represent company by serving as a direct customer contact. Determine parts to order for repairs and timeliness of need. Document work by completing paperwork on each job, including daily time, progress, and duration; and maintaining files. Record parts, material, labor, subs and other cost data per assignment and return unused resources. Turn in all required paperwork and reports in a timely manner. Keep current on all products concerning installation, operation, maintenance, service and repair. Read and interpret product specifications. Provide technical support to customers. Have a strong willingness to learn and a positive attitude. Be flexible to work overtime/weekends as necessary. Meet regular travel requirements with some overnight travel, as needed.
