This customer-facing role is responsible for creating an elevated, personalized shopping experience within our Wellness department by combining product expertise, hospitality, and thoughtful guidance.The ideal candidate has a genuine passion for wellness, supplements, clean beauty, and lifestyle products, with the ability to educate and connect with customers in an approachable way. As a Wellness Associate, you will help customers discover products that support their individual needs while maintaining exceptional merchandising standards and contributing to a welcoming, world-class shopping experience.Essential Job Responsibilities• Provide personalized customer guidance and product recommendations across supplements, skincare, clean beauty, and functional wellness products.• Educate customers through thoughtful conversations, sharing knowledge on ingredients, benefits, and wellness solutions in an approachable manner.• Deliver an exceptional hospitality experience that makes every customer feel welcomed, supported, and connected to the Happier brand.• Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on emerging wellness trends, brands, and industry developments.• Support in-store events, brand activations, and educational experiences that bring wellness products to life.• Maintain department standards by ensuring shelves are stocked, organized, faced, signed, and visually aligned with brand expectations.• Execute daily merchandising priorities including promotions, product resets, seasonal displays, and inventory organization.• Support inventory management, product rotation, and overall department cleanliness and organization.• Passionate about health, wellness, beauty, and helping customers make informed product choices.• Strong knowledge of supplements, skincare, clean beauty, or functional wellness; background in nutrition, esthetics, holistic health, or related fields is a plus.• Previous retail, hospitality, wellness, or customer-facing experience preferred.• Warm, engaging, and personable with the ability to build genuine relationships with customers.• Strong communication skills with the ability to educate and connect with a wide range of shoppers.• Detail-oriented with an eye for presentation, organization, and elevated merchandising standards.• Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, growing environment.• Familiarity with Happier Grocery or being a frequent shopper is a plus.• Excited to contribute to a thoughtful, innovative brand focused on community, quality, and a better way to shop.• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and stand for extended periods as needed.• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. #J-18808-Ljbffr Priority Dispatch Corp.
