Job Title Guardrail Installer – Laborer Job Description Long® Fence, the industry leader for over 80 years, is seeking an experienced laborer familiar with guardrail installation. This position requires installing guardrail on the highway. The optimal candidate has a minimum of 2 years construction experience, specifically as a laborer, and must have a willingness to learn all aspects of the job. Role and Responsibilities Installing guardrail Proficiency with power tools, core drills, hammer drills, band saws, grinders, and similar equipment Experience operating skid steers or aerial lifts is a plus Minimum Qualifications 1-2 years of hands‑on experience as a laborer 1-2 years of experience installing guardrail Valid driver’s license Active driver’s license 1-2 years of installation experience U.S. citizenship OSHA certification is a plus Minimum pay rate is $18.00 per hour, maximum pay rate is $25.00 per hour. Hourly wage is dependent upon experience.
