Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full Charge Bookkeeper
We're seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to help manage the day-to-day accounting for our growing business. Reporting directly to ownership, you'll keep our books accurate and up to date.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and initiate payments
- Execute weekly bank transfers as needed
- Maintain the general ledger and post journal entries
- Serve as backup for credit card entries and receivable collection
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Handle month-end closings
- Post payroll entries via Excel upload
Qualifications
- 3+ years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., Business Central, Sage, QuickBooks)
- Understanding of the accounting cycle
- High attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field preferred
