Key Responsibilities of the Payroll Manager
- Serve as a trusted subject‑matter expert and escalation point as the Payroll Manager
- Oversee end‑to‑end payroll operations, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
- Collaborate closely with HR, Finance, and leadership to support business needs and compliance requirements
- Monitor payroll audits, reconciliations, and reporting, resolving discrepancies efficiently
