Assistant General Manager Opportunity | NYC Luxury Dining I’m partnering with a high-profile, fine dining, NYC dining destination to recruit a hands‑on Assistant General Manager . This is a rare opportunity to take a leadership role in a luxury-focused, high-volume restaurant known for exceptional service and attention to detail. What You’ll Do: Support daily front-of-house operations, ensuring smooth service and superior guest experiences Lead, coach, and develop FOH team members to deliver professional, polished service Assist in managing P&L, labor, and operational budgets Partner with senior management on strategic initiatives and operational improvements Maintain brand standards and drive a culture of excellence and accountability What We’re Looking For: Proven experience as an AGM, Assistant Manager, or similar in a high-end or luxury restaurant environment Strong leadership and team development skills Exceptional guest service, problem‑solving, and operational execution Financial acumen and experience managing budgets and labor Compensation & Benefits: Base Salary: Up to $130,000 Bonus: 10% performance-based Comprehensive health benefits 401(k) plan This is a unique chance to step into a visible leadership role with a top‑tier NYC dining operation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
