Xylem is looking for a Water Treatment Field Service Technician to report to our Tampa, FL location and service our water treatment equipment at customer sites in the surrounding area.

**What your day will look like as a Water Treatment Field Service Technician

**

The Water Treatment Field Service Technician will be responsible for the installation , service, and maintenance of our water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle. Equipment specific training will be provided. Willing to train the right person, but previous technical/ mechanical /plumbing experience is especially encouraged.

This position has general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.

**Position Requirements for Water Treatment Field Service Technicians

**

• HS diploma or equivalent

• 2-5 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience

• Experience with Microsoft office, including the ability to utilize smart devices

• Ability to work in a high customer facing position

• Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns

• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical

• A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
