This position is with Highbury Defense Group, an Accelint company. Accelint is dedicated to delivering mission-critical technology and defense solutions that accelerate innovation, readiness, and national security outcomes.

We provide technical, cybersecurity, logistics, and program management support to US Department of Defense (DoD) and Department of State (DoS) agencies and select foreign governments and militaries.

The Integrated Master Scheduler is responsible for the development, maintenance, integration and analysis of the program-level master schedule and additional schedules requested by the Program Manager. This position requires a deep understanding of scheduling principles and best practices as well as experience in briefing scheduling reports to different levels of leadership. The Integrated Master Scheduler will work closely with project managers, business analysts, other Navy commands and both internal and external stakeholders to the Navy to ensure that all projects are properly planned and executed in accordance with schedule.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, integrate and analyze large dynamic schedules in MS Project
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy and alignment with program objectives
• Validate schedule logic and refine scheduling needs
• Monitor schedule performance and identify risks and opportunities for improvement
• Run and validate what-if scenarios for scheduling efficiency
• Support the Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager in achieving program objectives
• Prepare scheduling briefs to be presented to different levels of leadership
• Active Secret Clearance

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling or a related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project Online or a similar scheduling software
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficient with KIDASA Milestones Professional
• Proficient with Detlek Acumen

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Experience with construction schedules
• Experience with the interpretation of Earned Value data to provide oral and written communications to all levels of stakeholders
• Experience with NAVWAR and PEO C4I
• PMP certified
• Earned Value Professional (EVP) certified
• Planning and Scheduling Professional (PSP) certified

Clearance Requirements

Some positions will require access to U.S. National Security information. Positions that require this access will be required to receive and maintain a U.S. government personnel security clearance (PCL). In order to qualify for this position, the candidate must be a US Citizen and either currently possess this National Security eligibility or be able to complete the investigation application process with a favorable determination and maintain that eligibility throughout their employment. The listed pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this position for the location for which it has been posted and is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The pay range for this role is: $100,000-115,000 USD per year (San Diego)
