Sr. Project Manager - Land Development

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Project Manager specializing in Land Development to oversee and lead various land development projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards. You will be responsible for developing project plans, schedules, and budgets, as well as managing resources effectively to achieve project goals within established timelines and costs. Your duties will include conducting feasibility studies, preparing and presenting project proposals to stakeholders, and facilitating communication between clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies. You will also be tasked with identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies, as well as ensuring that all project deliverables meet quality expectations.
